FULL SERVICE CATERING
There are as many different catering styles as there are different types of catered events. Your planner and caterer should be knowledgeable, experienced, affordable and compatible with your personality and style. The Kendal Catering Company takes an intimate, personal approach to catering instead of offering “one-size fits all” packages. TKC's reputation is built not only on freshly prepared menus but on classic, well-designed presentations. While our style is reminiscent of older times where starched white table clothes, sterling silver forks and fresh flowers are the norm, our talented staff loves to be challenged with unique concepts and “out of the box” designs. Our menus and services are customized to each client’s individual vision. We offer total event planning, one-on-one consultations, menu planning and samplings, theme decor, floral, rentals, invitations and most of all, peace of mind.
WHY THE KENDAL CATERING COMPANY IS DIFFERENT:
Owner and Rockmart native Kendal Spinks says, "Both sets of my grandparents entertained often and with exceptional style. From college professors to local politicians, pictures from the past show elegant parties. Bridge night, supper club or a congressman's birthday - they all were wonderful. I strive to continue in their footsteps. I truly believe in the utilization of traditional etiquette, intimate event planning and personalized presentations in all events I host and cater. My clients become a part of my family and I value the relationships that develop over planning such an
intimate part of their lives.
This is a passion for me, not a just job."
Kendal started at the bottom of the food industry waiting tables and delivering catering lunches way back in 1992. In 1994 she became the Director of Catering for Tanner's Northeastern Division. After working her way up through management and eventually into the Corporate Catering Division in the Atlanta area, she branched out on her own in 2003 and started The Kendal Catering Company. She volunteered at her daughter’s school as a “lunch lady” to broaden her knowledge, became the Youth Coordinator and Head Kitchen Leader at her church and in 2012 opened a restaurant. With over 20 years in the industry, her knowledge-base is vast and she is well-versed in the ups and down of event planning, budgeting and executing. Her attention to detail and personal touch are the foundations of TKC. From small dinners to large wedding receptions, business lunches to family reunions,
you can expect only the best
