Lagniappe (for Smoked Salmon)
4 oz. cream cheese
Lady & Sons Seasoning - add to taste (see Recipe below)
Lady & Sons Seasoning
1 cup kosher salt
1/4 cup fresh ground black pepper
1/4 cup garlic powder
Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
Homemade Bleu Cheese Dressing
1 C. Mayo
1/2 C. Crumbled Blue Cheese (about 3 ounces)
1/2 C. half and half
2 Tbsp Sour Cream
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper
Wisk together and chill.
Homemade French Cream Dip
8oz. Cream cheese, softened
1 C. Powdered Sugar
1 C. Whipping Cream
1/4 C. Reg. Sugar
1 Lemon, zest and juice
Pineapple Juice, to taste
Whip cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add cream and sugar and whip until it forms peaks. Combine remaining ingredients, adding pineapple juice to desired consistency.
Chili Lime Butter for Corn on the Cobb
Add a little kick to your corn. Wrap with foil and heat on the grill!
2 Sticks Butter
1 Pint Sour Cream
1 Lime
1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
Melt butter and mix well. Use a grill brush to add to your corn.
Homemade Honey Mustard Dressing/Dipping Sauce
3/4 C. Mayo
3 Tbsp. Honey
2 Tbsp. Yellow Mustard
1 Tbsp. lemon Juice
Horseradish, to taste
2 Tbsp. OJ - use to create consistency
