Wedding Director:

Full service wedding design, planning and coordination ~

Unlimited consultation appointments (as necessary)

Budget development

Wedding design development

Assistance with wedding stationary selections

Arrange and attend vendor and site appointments

Review of site and vendor contracts

Contract negotiation

Assistance with accommodations for out of town guests

Assistance with menu selections

Assuring the bride's gown is a perfect fit at the final fitting session

Assistance with rehearsal dinner arrangements

Unlimited wedding day coverage

Wedding Coordinator:

Guidance throughout the entire planning process and the essential

wedding day services

Five consultation appointments to be used at your discretion

Review of site and vendor contracts

Contract negotiation

Limited wedding day coverage {maximum coordination time not to exceed 8 hours}

Includes planning, coordination and execution of:

Rehearsal Night

Coordination of procession before ceremony

Creating Time line of Actual Ceremony Events and

Direction Throughout the reception

Wedding Planner:

This includes me planning, but not executing the above services. I basically map-out a traditional time line and someone else of your choosing, possibly a family member, directs the procession, ceremony and reception. At this point I would just be the “caterer.”

Wedding Caterer:

This is the usual catering service fee most professional caterers charge for consultation, set-up, execution, break-down and clean up of the food areas only. It does not provide any guidance on the ceremony itself. If you chose me for your wedding coordinator, then this fee is not applicable.

Additional Ala Carte Services:

Rentals: The Kendal Catering Company provides a full line of rentals including linens, tents, tables and chairs, dinnerware, bar ware, arches, fountains, PA and music systems, lighting, candelabras, columns, gazebos, dance floors, room dividers and draperies and more.
